Are you not satisfied with one of our products or our service? We're very sorry to hear that and will do everything we can to resolve the issue. That's why we don't set a time limit for submitting your complaint.

You can email your complaint to [email protected]. Please describe your complaint as clearly and completely as possible, so we can assist you in the best possible way. We usually respond within 24 hours, but no later than 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our complaint handling, you can contact Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl). We are affiliated with them, which ensures you free mediation. If no solution is reached, you can submit your complaint to the independent disputes committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this committee is binding, and both we and you agree to this binding ruling. Submitting a dispute to this committee involves costs that you must pay to the committee.

If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you may submit it through the European Union's dispute resolution platform. You can file your complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission, which is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
